We are implementing a new release policy for the Tenmast clients. The releases will happen in two phases. The first phase will contain half of the SaaS clients and the second phase will contain the rest of the SaaS clients and all the On-prem clients that connect through TeamViewer.
A planned maintenance release will occur over the next two weekends. During the update period, your agency may experience limited availability of the product. Update schedules are as follows:
For all On Premise Clients: If your agency has not established an active TeamViewer connection to your SERVER for us to access your system, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service to establish a connection as soon as possible, so that the updates can be applied promptly on April 18.
Admin as a Service: Admin as a Service relieves your agency of the responsibility of maintaining user security in the software. Our team can clean up your user security list, add new users, disable users, and update security settings as needed for your agency.
